We stopped by the old ghost town of Mary Kathleen and wow—what a cool spot! Once a uranium mining town, now it's just empty streets, old slabs, and epic outback vibes. The best part? The old mine pit with its insane blue water. Kinda eerie, kinda beautiful. If you're driving between Mount Isa and Cloncurry, it's 100% worth the detour. Free camping, cool history, and a seriously unique view.
