Lake Prosepine

Lake Proserpine was a peaceful little stop with beautiful views and a laid-back vibe. The boys were keen to try their luck fishing off the jetty, hoping to snag a barramundi — but no luck this time! Still, it was a lovely spot to unwind, enjoy the water, and take in the scenery. The calm waters are also perfect for kayaking, boating, and enjoying the serene surroundings. Camping is available lakeside, offering a tranquil setting under the stars. Facilities include toilets, showers, and pontoons extending into the lake, making it a comfortable spot for both short stays and longer getaways.
